Terms and Conditions for Loyalty Management App and Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Loyalty Management App (“App”) and participation in the Loyalty Program (“Program”). By downloading the App, accessing the Program, or using any of its features, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility:
   a. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App and participate in the Program.
   b. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Account Registration:
   a. To use the App and participate in the Program, you may need to create an account.
   b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
   c. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Loyalty Points:
   a. The Loyalty Program allows you to earn loyalty points (“Points”) based on your purchases or specified actions.
   b. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
   c. The conversion rate of purchases to Points will be determined by the Program.
   d. Points may have an expiration date, as specified by the Program.
   e. Points cannot be earned or redeemed in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless stated otherwise.
4. Use of App and Program:
   a. The App and Program are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we make no warranties or representations regarding their availability, functionality, or accuracy.
   b. You may not use the App or participate in the Program for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
   c. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or Program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
5. Privacy and Data Collection:
   a. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   b. By using the App and participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property:
   a. All intellectual property rights in the App and Program, including trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors.
   b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
   a. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the App or Program.
   b. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any goods or services obtained through the Program.
8. Modifications to Terms:
   a. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms.
   b. Your continued use of the App or participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Termination:
   a. You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by discontinuing its use.
   b. We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the App or Program at our discretion, without prior notice.
10. Governing Law:
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vadodara, Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Severability:
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
12. Entire Agreement:
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and Program, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
