Power Automate builds time-saving workflows into everything from individual tasks to large-scale systems with seamless integration using hundreds of pre-built connectors. It enables everyone to build secure workflows with a low-code, no-code guided experience to automate mundane everyday tasks with robotic process automation (RPA). It Automates time-consuming manual tasks with built-in AI capabilities, giving users more time to focus on strategic, high-value opportunities. - Power BI
Power BI (Business Intelligence) is a business analytics service that delivers insights by analyzing data. It Discovers hidden insights from the data and empowers users through data visualization through reports and dashboards. This allows decision-makers to make an informed decision. Power BI is the analysis and insights leg of the Power Platform. It takes business data and allows users to display it in ways that make the most sense to the decision-maker.
Power BI reduces the added cost, complexity, and security risks of multiple solutions with an analytics platform that scales from individuals to the organization as a whole. It finds and shares meaningful insights with hundreds of data visualizations, built-in AI capabilities, tight Excel integration, and prebuilt and custom data connectors. It has the leading sensitivity classification and data loss prevention capabilities to help keep users data secure and complianteven when its exported. - Power Virtual Agents
Power Virtual Agents allow users to create powerful chatbots using a guided, no-code graphical interface. It requires minimum IT efforts for deploying and maintain. Power Virtual Agents is part of Power Platform, thus integration into existing systems is streamlined with out-of-the-box integration with Power Automate. Users can enable chatbots to act by simply calling a Power Automate flow. Flows help users automate activities or call back end systems. Users can use these bots to connect with customers with rich conversations to quickly guide them to the perfect solution.
Power Platform offers other cross-cutting features which enable the Power Platform to be leveraged to its full potential. Some of these are:
- AI Builder lets users and developers add AI capabilities to the workflows and Power Apps they create and use.
- Common Data Service is a scalable data service and app platform which lets users securely store and manage data from multiple sources and integrate that data in business applications using a common data model to ensure ease and consistency to users.
- Power Connectors enable users to connect apps, data, and devices in the cloud. Consider connectors the bridge across which information and commands travel. There are more than 275 connectors for the Power Platform, enabling all of the users data and actions to connect.
